Buyer must own the license for the scripts that they want to be integrated. Example Social Engine + Idev Affiliate.

FTP and Scripts Administration access must be provided by the buyer before JsoftwareBuilder starts the integration. Send your access information to support@JsoftwareBuilder.com.

The buyer is required to do a full backup on their site prior to providing JsoftwareBuilder site access.

JsoftwareBuilder will provide bug fixing support related to the integration only within sixty(60) days from the date of purchased.

JsoftwareBuilder will inform the buyer after every update or modification to the buyer's site.

The usual period for completing the integration is 3-5days starting 24 hours after receiving payment. This period excludes Saturdays and Sundays. For Example: Payment is received Thursday. The period starts counting on Friday and excludes Saturday and Sunday.

Each integration is unique and JsoftwareBuilder is not obligated to provide instructions on reinstalling each particular and unique integration. However, the buyer may request installation instructions for a fee of US$250.00 and must accomplish a signed agreement not to distribute the integration to another party.

Buyer may request refund, JsoftwareBuilder will refund the Buyer's money within two(2) days from date of purchase, beyond two(2) days its no longer refundable because by this time JsoftwareBuilder already started the work.

JsoftwareBuilder is not liable for any bugs associated and related to the scripts used in the integration. For Example: Boonex Dolphin or Social Engine bugs.

If in the event JsoftwareBuilder was not able to complete the integration after 5 days due to unfortunate circumstances, JsoftwareBuilder is allowed another 5 days extension. Only after the extension period of 5 days will the buyer be entitled to a refund if the integration was not completed. This term applies only to the integration listed in the home page as for sale.

If in the event JsoftwareBuilder is not able to complete the integration after 5 days extension - because the Buyer web site script has been highly customized or the script is not listed as part of the product listing that JsoftwareBuilder has, JsoftwareBuilder will determine another completion date. In this event, the buyer is not eligible for a refund.

JsoftwareBuilder scope of work will include integration, description, features, and functionality. Any work needed beyond this scope will entail additional fees.

JsoftwareBuilder reserves the right to resell the integration beyond what JsoftwareBuilder already has in their list of integrations.

The buyer is given 7 days to check the functionality of the integration. After the 7 day period JsoftwareBuilder will no longer be responsible for any bugs related to the functionality of the integration.

JsoftwareBuilder will not be liable in the event that the integration becomes unserviceable because of a scripts upgrade, plug-in installation, modification and similar not done by JsoftwareBuilder. However, JsoftwareBuilder is obliged to reinstall the integration for a fee that will be determined in relation to the degree of the scripts upgrade or changes. The installation fee will be set by JsoftwareBuilder.

JsoftwareBuilder programming logic and coding are standard in the industry and free of any malicious code. JsoftwareBuilder has no obligation to explain how the code was written in the event of a buyer inquiry and/or challenge.

Changes to our Terms of service and terms & conditions will be made without direct notification. It is your responsibility to ensure you check for changes in our terms of service and terms & conditions.
